Homemade Easter Treats

Peep S’Mores
Serves 24

What You Need:
24 Nabisco Honeymaid Graham Crackers
24 squares Hershey’s Milk Chocolate
24 Peeps

Make It:

  • Preheat oven to 350˚. Line baking sheet with waxed paper. Break graham crackers in half to create 48 squares.
  • Arrange 24 graham squares on baking sheet. Top each with one square of chocolate and one Peep. Cover with remaining graham squares.
  • Bake until chocolate and Peeps are soft and gooey. Serve immediately.


Easter Egg Hunt Brownies
Serves 24

What You Need:
2 Pouch Ghirardelli Triple Chocolate Brownie Mix
2/3 cup water
2/3 cup Wesson Vegetable Oil
2 Eggs
24 Reese’s Peanut Butter Eggs

Make It:

  • Preheat oven to 325˚.  Lightly spray 13 x 9 baking pan with cooking spray.
  • Mix together brownie mix, water, oil and eggs in bowl until well blended.
  • Spoon half of batter into pan and spread evenly with rubber spatula.
  • Place peanut butter eggs on top of batter, spacing evenly.
  • Top with remaining batter, spreading with rubber spatula.
  • Bake 50 for metal pan, 55 for glass. Do not overbake.
  • Cool completely on wire rack before cutting into 24 brownies.

Candy-Colored Cupcakes

What You Need:
1 Pkg. white cake mix, prepared per pkg.
1 (48 oz.) pkg. Jelly Belly Jelly Beans
food coloring

Make It:

  • Bake cupcakes per package directions. Set aside to cool.
  • Prepare frosting packet per package directions. If desired, add food coloring to match party color theme. Frost cooled cupcakes.
  • From package, select colors and flavors of jelly beans to accent chosen cupcake mix. Arrange on frosting and serve immediately.

Peeps Rice Krispie Treats
Serves 24

What You Need:
3 Tbsp. Wellsley Farms Salted Butter
10 oz. Peeps
6 cups Kellogg’s Rice Krispies Cereal
Berkley & Jensen Cooking Spray

Make It:

  • In microwave-safe bowl heat butter and marshmallows on HIGH for 3 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes. Stir until smooth.
  • Add Kellogg’s Rice Krispies Cereal. Stir until well coated.
  • Using buttered spatula or wax paper evenly press mixture into 13×9 pan coated with cooking spray. Cool.
  • Cut into 2″squares. Serve same day.
