Lime Garlic Chicken

What You Need
12 Perdue Chicken Thighs, skins removed
¼ cup fresh Lime juice (about 2 limes)
1 ½ cups Progresso® Chicken Broth
2 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
½ tsp. Earth’s Pride Organics Thyme
Earth’s Pride Organics Ground Black Pepper, to taste
2 Tbsp. Wellsley Farms Unsalted Butter
1 cup Long Grain White Rice

Make It
– Place chicken in a 4-quart slow cooker. Add lime juice, chicken broth, garlic, thyme, pepper and butter.
– Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hrs. Stir in rice during last 15 min. of cooking
– Divide slow cooker contents into 6 servings. Place chicken pieces over cooked rice and top with remaining juices.
