½ cup Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise
¼ cup Sargento Cheddar Jack (about 1 oz.)
1½ tsp. Lime Juice
¾ tsp. Spice Island Chipotle-Chile Rub
4 Perdue boneless, skinless chicken breasts
¼ cup crushed plain tortilla chips
- Preheat oven to 425°
- Combine Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise, cheese, lime juice and chipotle rub in medium bowl.
- Arrange chicken on foil-lined baking sheet. Evenly top with mayonnaise mixture, then sprinkle with crushed tortilla chips.
- Bake 20 minutes or until chicken registers 165° on meat thermometer.
